Start with the table of contents

If you know the year of a paper, click on the year in the left frame to access the table of the contents for that particular year.
If you know the author or the title, but not the year of a paper, you can click on "All years" in the left frame to access the entire table of contents across all years.

Search in a table of contents

Once a table of contents appears in the right frame, click your mouse inside this frame (click in the table of contents); then use one of the following to bring up a search query box:

Use Ctrl+f (press the "f" key while holding the "Ctrl" key).
Use your mouse to open the menu in your web browser by clicking on the "Edit" button, and then select "Find" in that menu.

Once this query box appears, enter the keyword or author's name to perform a search. You may want to repeat this search if necessary until you find the paper you are looking for.

Once a title is found

When a paper title is found, you can click on the title of the paper to access the paper.

What if a paper doesn't come up...

After you click on a title, if the paper doesn't come up in your browser or you are not asked to save that paper to your computer, the most common reasons are:

You don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, or the Adobe Acrobat Reader is not installed as a plug-in to your browser.
Papers are in the Portable Document Format (PDF). To view these papers, you will need a software called "Adobe Acrobat Reader" which is available for free from the Adobe web site.
Your browser's security setting doesn't allow Adobe Acrobat Reader to run in your browser.
If you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader as a plug-in to your browser, but after you click on a title in the table of contents and nothing comes up in your browser, it is most likely because your browser's security setting is prohibiting your web browser to display the paper automatically. In order to be able to allow Adobe Acrobat Reader to bring the paper into your browser, you will need to set the "Security Setting" of your browser to enable "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins". These are the steps to do so:
- Go to the "Tools" menu in your browser (Internet Explore).
- Select "Internet Options".
- Click on "Security" tab.
- Click on "Internet" icon, and then click on the "Custom Level" button.
- Under "ActiveX control and plug-ins" find the item "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" and click on the circle next to the word "Enable."
- Click "Ok" all the way back to your browser.
Alternatively, you can put your cursor on the title of the paper you are interested in, and then click on the right button of your mouse, and a menu will popup, you can choose "Save target as...", you will be asked to give a name and location of the paper and the paper will be saved on your personal computer for you to access with Adobe Acrobat Reader independently from your web browser.
